Hello and thanks for stopping by our blog!. My name is Mike and I head up the Madcow LLC team. Up until now I had spent almost 30 years in the bar and restaurant business. Customers, as well as the people I had worked for, always considered me their go-to guy when something extra had to be done such as event planning and taking care of the business end of things when the owners were away.

I always enjoy talking with people and loved my job. However, due to an illness, I became physically unable to do the kind of things that were required in that type of work.  I decided I needed to go into another type of service industry that wasn't as physically demanding, but still called for the attitude of someone who wanted the customer to experience the best service possible.

I have always worked hard in the past to provide that type of service and I promise to continue to do the same for you!

And now MEET MOOEY:

Mooey is our mascot.

My brother is an artist and he made Mooey come to life just in time for Mooey to manage our store. Mooey believes in THE best customer service ever and knows happy customers will tell lots of people about their shopping experience and return when it's time to purchase again.

Mooey knows how important it is to 'earn' your trust. He promises to do his absolute best and see that your order gets packed with great care and expeditiously shipped.

We have lots of fun items in the store! Shoot, sometimes I even find Mooey playing with the remote controlled clocks and the helicopters. He is a techno-savvy bovine for sure!
